All Clubs & Societies must submit an annual report to your Student Activities Officer by 30th June each year. If you don’t, your Club or Society could become dormant and will not be recognised as an official Queen’s University Club or Society. Don’t worry, the Annual Report is easy.
All you need to do is tell us:
- All the great things that you’ve done throughout the year
- What your plans are for the year ahead
