Meet the Enterprise SU Team...

Victoria Coulter

Enterprise Development & Support Officer

Victoria graduated from Queen’s in 2016 with a degree in English Literature. Keen to apply her undergraduate degree to a business context, Victoria then undertook a Masters in Marketing. During her five years at Queen’s Victoria was a keen member and Captain of the Rowing Club, enjoying the role of managing student athletes and liaising with Queen’s staff and stakeholders. Upon finishing her postgraduate degree in 2018, Victoria was awarded a scholarship towards an internship in Beijing, China. Whilst there Victoria worked for a global company, gaining invaluable exposure to international business. All of these experiences came together when the opportunity arose to be a part of the Enterprise SU Team. Victoria has now been working at Queen’s for two years and as part of her current role, takes the lead on Innovateher, May Ball and the promotion/marketing of the Enterprise SU department. Victoria loves the fast paced nature of the start-up scene and has a passion for social enterprises, female entrepreneurship and making the Instagram grid look ‘just right’.

Francesca Morelli

Enterprise Support Officer

Francesca graduated in 2019 from a BSc International Business with French. As part of her degree program, she had to undertake a placement in a French-speaking country, and branching out from the traditional placements being offered, she opted for a start-up studio in the centre of Paris.  During this time, Francesca worked with three out of five early-stage start-ups within the studio and helped them to grow over a period of nine months.  After returning home from Paris, she was asked by an entrepreneur in her network if she would come on board his start-up team as Director and COO. This business opportunity was an App called ‘Deals in Places’ or ‘dip.’ Since then, Francesca has helped develop dip to launch, as well as founded an additional start-up of her own; a Social Media Influencer Agency called Airtight Influencers.  Alongside her start-up work, Francesca has taken on the role of Enterprise Support Officer at Enterprise SU, helping to support students in their entrepreneurial journey.  This year, Francesca is taking the lead on both ‘What’s the Big Idea’ and ‘QUB Dragons’ Den’, giving students the opportunity to win funding and mentorship.
