Volunteer SU Workshop: MACs

MACS Supporting Young People was formed in 1990 and provides a range of services for young people including Supported Housing for care experienced young people in Belfast & Newry, Integrated Housing & Floating Support in Downpatrick, Floating Support (Belfast and South Eastern Trust) and Volunteers Inspiring People (VIP), MET (MACS Education & Training) and Participate Now (Youth Participation Project, Belfast and South Eastern Trust). 

This workshop will provide a brief introduction to self harm, suicide ideation and how to help people manage this in a professional setting. Will include information on resources, support services, follow up training and what MACS do to support young people aged 11-25 years.
